✅ Role Details
Position: Credit Manager
Product: LAP (Loan Against Property – MSME Micro & Affordable Loans)
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in a similar role is mandatory
Qualification: B.Com, BBM/BBA, or Post Graduation
CTC: Best in the industry + attractive incentives
Preference: Local candidates from respective base locations will be preferred
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Conducting credit appraisals and verifying customer profiles for MSME Micro and Affordable LAP products
- Analyzing financial statements, collateral details, and repayment capacities
- Coordinating with the sales team to maintain a healthy credit portfolio
- Ensuring compliance with internal credit policies and RBI guidelines
- Managing end-to-end loan processing, from appraisal to disbursal
- Monitoring portfolio performance and ensuring quality of assets
