Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our banking operations department as an Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various operational tasks, with a focus on KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.
Responsibilities:
– Conducting KYC checks on new and existing customers
– Reviewing and verifying customer identification documents
– Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
– Processing account opening, closures, and other transactions
– Providing support to branch staff and customers regarding operational inquiries
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
– Minimum of one year of experience in banking operations
– Strong understanding of KYC procedures and regulatory requirements
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
