Role: Area Credit Manager
Experience Required: 6–10 years of relevant experience in the finance/banking/NBFC sector

✅ What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:
✔ Strong Credit Assessment Experience: Ability to thoroughly assess customer profiles, review documents, and ensure sound lending decisions.
✔ Proven Skills in PD Assessment: Expertise in personal discussions, field verification, and analyzing customer repayment capacity is a must.
✔ Team Handling Experience: You should have handled a team managing minimum 6–7 branches, guiding credit executives, and supporting branch managers in achieving their targets.
✔ Expertise in Collections & Portfolio Management: Hands-on experience in collections, ensuring healthy portfolio quality, and taking corrective actions where needed.
✔ Regional Understanding: Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in the Rajasthan region and knowledge of the local market and customer segment.
