Job Overview:
The Cluster HR Head will oversee the HR function for Hetero Labs’ largest manufacturing facility in Jadcherla. This senior leadership role ensures that HR strategies are aligned with business objectives, driving employee engagement, performance excellence, and compliance. The role involves leading a team to manage talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, and workforce planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
18-25 years of HR experience, with 4-5 years in a leadership role in manufacturing/pharma.
